Cleaning $140.00 + tax

Refundable Damage Deposit $1,500.00.

Deposit will be forfeited if damage occurs or house is left dirty, or any rule that has been violated per the Ocean Lure Rental Agreement.
Tax Rate 9% on rentals and cleaning
Cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. No refunds after 60 days.
Ocean Lure Rental Agreement MUST be filled out and returned to complete the reservation. No refunds given for power outages, natural disasters, storms, Acts of God or any rule violated per the Ocean Lure Rental Ageeement.
